Objective To explore the quality of life of bladder tumor patients after ileal cystoplasty and orthotopic reconstruction of bladder with ileum.

The inferior ileocecal recess is bounded in front by the ileocecal fold, above by the posterior ileal surface and its mesentery, to the right by the cecum, and behind by the upper mesoappendix (22).

The findings in asymptomatic control group included 2 cases of ileal polyp (2.50%), 2 cases of angiodysplasia (2.50%), 1 case of intestinal erosion (1.25%), and 1 case of jejunal ulcer (1.25%).
