Abstract:Objective:To explore the relationship between clinical result and the length of jejunal segment for cholangiojejunostomy.

Reconstruction of the pharyngoesophagus with free jejunal transfer has become the standard technique.

Methods Excide pancreatic duct, fetch net lithiasis, patchy jejunal loop was anastomosed to pancreatic duct in accordance with the peristalsis of jejunum.

The findings in asymptomatic control group included 2 cases of ileal polyp (2.50%), 2 cases of angiodysplasia (2.50%), 1 case of intestinal erosion (1.25%), and 1 case of jejunal ulcer (1.25%).
